Another year has passed since the last Bright Lights Run and yet again thanks has to go out to everyone that attended this year.
A fantastic £245 was raised for Street Life (a homeless charity in Blackpool) which will be put to great use . I had the chance to meet some of the young people who will benefit from your generosity, which reminded me no matter our circumstances right now, we're all just a stones throw away from homelessness.
On a brighter note The Bright Lights Run has now collected just over £2105 for charity since the first road run in 2012 and that's all down to each and everyone of you so why not put a note in your diary (early September 2017) and come along to Bright Light City enjoy the run and have some fun......
